Terminal values: Terminal
values are the goals that we work towards and view as most desirable. These
values are desirable states of existence. They are the goals that we would like
to achieve during our lifetime.
(ii)
Instrumental values: Instrumental
values can be defined as specific methods of behavior. Instrumental values are
not an end goal but rather provide the means by which an end goal is
accomplished.
